सेवानिवृत होने के बाद पूर्व सैनिकों के भविष्य को सुरक्षित और आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की दिशा में आहूत इस कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य सेवानिवृत्त सैनिकों को स्वरोजगार के अवसर और उन्हें केंद्र सरकार की विभिन्न लाभकारी योजनाओं से अवगत कराना था. मौके पर उपस्थित पूर्व सैनिकों को विशेषज्ञों द्वारा बिजनेस मॉडल तैयार करने और डिजिटल मार्केटिंग का गुर भी सिखाए गए.

विभाग का लक्ष्य अधिकाधिक सैनिकों को अपनी दूसरी पारी में श्जॉब सीकरश् के बजाय श्जॉब क्रिएटरश् बनाना है. कार्यशाला को संबोधित करते हुए कौशल विकास विभाग के क्षेत्रीय निदेशक डॉ विनोद कुमार दुबे ने कहा कि राष्ट्र की सेवा के बाद सैनिकों के पास अनुभव और अनुशासन की बड़ी पूंजी होती है.

अगर उन्हें सही कौशल और सरकारी योजनाओं का साथ मिले, तो वे सफल उद्यमी बन सकते हैं. उन्होंने एमएसएमई और कौशल मंत्रालय द्वारा संचालित उन योजनाओं पर भी प्रकाश डाला, जिसके माध्यम से विशेष रूप से नए व्यवसाय शुरू करने के लिए कम ब्याज दर पर ऋण और सब्सिडी प्राप्त होती है. इसके तहत होने वाले कौशल प्रशिक्षण में पूर्व सैनिकों की क्षमता के अनुसार उन्हें आधुनिक व्यवसायों के लिए प्रशिक्षित किया जाता है.

कार्यक्रम का आयोजन और उद्देश्य
यह कार्यक्रम राष्ट्रीय वेक्टर जनित रोग नियंत्रण कार्यक्रम (NVBDCP) एवं चाइल्ड इन नीड इंस्टीट्यूट (CINI) के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आयोजित किया जा रहा है. इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य झारखंड के मलेरिया प्रभावित जिलों—खूंटी, पश्चिमी सिंहभूम, पाकुड़ एवं गोड्डा—में चल रहे कार्यों की समीक्षा करना और भविष्य की रणनीति तय करना है.

राज्य को मिलेगा सीधा लाभ
इस पहल से झारखंड के दूरस्थ और आदिवासी बहुल क्षेत्रों में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की पहुंच और मजबूत होगी. IMEP 3 के तहत चयनित 21 प्रखंडों के 115 अत्यंत दुर्गम गांवों में मलेरिया उन्मूलन गतिविधियों को और प्रभावी बनाया जाएगा.
गांव स्तर पर सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य स्वयंसेवकों (CHV) की नियुक्ति से अंतिम व्यक्ति तक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं पहुंचाने में मदद मिलेगी, जिससे मलेरिया के मामलों में कमी आने की उम्मीद है.

विशेषज्ञों की भागीदारी से मिलेगा दिशा
कार्यक्रम में राज्य और राष्ट्रीय स्तर के कई वरिष्ठ अधिकारी और स्वास्थ्य विशेषज्ञ शामिल हो रहे हैं. इनमें राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन झारखंड के अभियान निदेशक शशि प्रकाश झा (IAS), स्वास्थ्य विभाग के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी, और मलेरिया नियंत्रण से जुड़े विशेषज्ञ शामिल हैं. इनकी मौजूदगी से नीति निर्माण और कार्यान्वयन में बेहतर समन्वय स्थापित होगा.

मैदान स्तर की चुनौतियों पर चर्चा

5 राज्यों के 33 कोच ले रहे भाग
इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में झारखंड, बिहार, पश्चिम बंगाल, ओडिशा और छत्तीसगढ़ के कुल 33 कोच भाग ले रहे हैं. कोर्स का उद्देश्य राइफल और पिस्टल शूटिंग में कोचिंग के स्तर को मजबूत करना और जमीनी स्तर पर प्रशिक्षित कोच तैयार करना है.

तकनीकी और स्पोर्ट्स साइंस का मिलेगा प्रशिक्षण
कार्यक्रम के दौरान प्रतिभागियों को NRAI के अनुभवी फैकल्टी सदस्यों द्वारा प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा. कोर्स में तकनीकी शूटिंग कौशल, स्पोर्ट्स साइंस, कोचिंग विधियां और संचार तकनीकों जैसे विषय शामिल हैं. इसका लक्ष्य ऐसे कोच तैयार करना है जो युवा खिलाड़ियों का सही मार्गदर्शन कर सकें और भविष्य में अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रतियोगिताओं में भारत के प्रदर्शन को बेहतर बना सकें.

नए क्षेत्रों में ऐसे कार्यक्रम जरूरी
उद्घाटन समारोह में बोलते हुए NRAI के महासचिव Pawan Kumar Singh ने Jharkhand State Rifle Association के अध्यक्ष Diwakar Singh और उनकी टीम को इस कोर्स की मेजबानी के लिए बधाई दी.

उन्होंने कहा कि नए क्षेत्रों में इस तरह के कार्यक्रम खेल के विकास के लिए बेहद महत्वपूर्ण हैं. इससे जमीनी स्तर पर मजबूत कोचिंग संरचना विकसित होगी.

‘टेबल से शूटिंग’ का नया प्रारूप होगा शुरू
उन्होंने बताया कि अगले वर्ष से ‘टेबल से शूटिंग’ नामक एक सरल प्रारूप शुरू करने की योजना है. इसमें छात्र टेबल सेटअप का उपयोग कर एयर राइफल या एयर पिस्टल शूटिंग का अभ्यास कर सकेंगे. इससे सीमित बुनियादी ढांचे वाले स्कूलों में भी इस खेल को शुरू करना आसान होगा.

NRAI के 75 वर्ष पूरे होने पर होंगे कार्यक्रम
उन्होंने बताया कि 7 अप्रैल 2026 को NRAI देश में शूटिंग खेलों की सेवा के 75 वर्ष पूरे करेगा. इस अवसर पर सभी राज्य राइफल संघों से अपने-अपने केंद्रों पर प्रतियोगिताएं, प्रशिक्षण शिविर और अन्य कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने का अनुरोध किया गया है, ताकि नई पीढ़ी के निशानेबाजों को प्रेरित किया जा सके.

The AICTE-approved two-year, master’s level programmes combine live online classes with on-campus learning.

Sessions are conducted on weekday evenings and weekends, while participants are required to attend four one-week campus immersion modules at XLRI Jamshedpur during the course of the programme.

Now entering its fifth cohort, the XLRI Blended Learning initiative aims to provide rigorous academic training while offering flexibility to professionals across industries.

Speaking about the programme, Professor Giridhar Ramachandran, Associate Dean, XLRI Blended Learning Programs, said that the initiative reflects the institute’s effort to carry its academic legacy into the digital era.

Admission Process

Admissions to the 2026–28 batch will follow a two-step process — shortlisting followed by a personal interview. Applications are being accepted on a rolling basis.

The programmes span two years (six terms) and require candidates to hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 50 percent marks and a minimum of three years of work experience.

The first campus immersion is scheduled from July 20 to 25, 2026 at XLRI Jamshedpur.
